How It Works!

Step 1: TEXT the year, make, and model of your vehicle to 619-339-2895.

Step 2: The technician will ask you a few questions, such as whether your vehicle has any existing window tint. If it does, it will need to be removed before we can tint your windows. We do as well, it is a separate charge for removal.

Step 3: Once the technician has all the information he needs, they will TEXT you three different prices, one for each line of film he carries.

Step 4: You choose the price that fits your budget or the type of film you want based on what the film can do. The technician will explain the difference between each film and what they do, so you can make an informed decision.

Step 5: If you like the price and want to set an appointment, say "I'd like to set an appointment."

Step 6: Because TrueTints is mobile, the technician needs a few things from you:

• Electricity for his heat gun
• A clean, dry, out-of-the-wind place to work (a garage is ideal, but if he has to work outside, he needs to do it in the morning before it gets windy).

Step 7: The technician and you will set a date and time for the appointment. He will verify the date and time with you.

Step 8: Once you have set a date and time, the technician will ask for your name for the invoice and warranty, and your address.

Step 9: The technician will text you before they leave for the appointment and again when they get there. This is to avoid getting your dog barking if you have one.

Step 10: The technician will introduce himself and explain the different shades of tint available, as well as the tint laws in California. He will also explain the difference in the types of films TrueTints carries in order to help you decide on the type and shade that you want.

Step 11: TrueTints has 16 different films to choose from.

Step 12: Once you have decided on the film and shade, it is time to get to work. The job takes 2 to 3 hours, plus an additional hour if you are having your windshield treated.

Step 13: When the technician is finished, they will clean up the vehicle inside and out, collect all the scraps, and clean the work area.

Step 14: The technician will walk around the vehicle and explain the dos and don'ts of your new tint.

Step 15: The technician will answer any questions you have, receive payment, and give you the invoice/warranty and care sheet.

That's it! You didn't have to leave home, which is why TrueTints calls it "Hassle-FREE."
